What’s included in the Engine Plans   

There is simply not a more complete set of plans available.

All of the engines are air-cooled, 4-cycle, with overhead valves and spark ignition. 

The engines have a full oil pressure pump and scavenge pump. All direct 

drive and naturally aspirated ( No Supercharger ).

• A complete parts list, material list and purchase part list.
  
  
• List of gears and where to purchase.
  
  
• Information on the CDI spark ignition system designed for these engines 
  
  
• Information on carburetor options.
  
  
• Drawings for all the tooling fixtures, and X-Y coordinate sheets for every bolt circle. 
  
  
• Full front and side view engine cross sections.
  
  
• Each part is CAD drawn on a separate sheet.  No crowded, poor-quality drawings. 
  
  
• Each page is printed on heavy paper stock for shop use.  
  
  
• What makes these plans unique is the step-by-step OPERATIONS SHEET for each major part. 
  These sheets give you the benefit of more than 70 years of experience building these engines.
  
  
• Drawing for the oil / fuel supply tank and the piping drawings.
  
  
• Drawings of the engine mount and display base.
  
  
• Details of the ignition wiring harness.  
  
  
• Finally, 5 pages of instructions on engine assembly.
  Including how to time the valves and time the ignition.
  
  
• A full break-in procedure using Mineral Oil.
